    • Laminate is one of the most durable types of flooring available. Only marble floors may be more durable.
    • Unlike hardwood, vinyl and ceramic floors, laminate floors are scratch, dent and stain resistant. They will also never fade due to sun exposure.
    • Laminate floors use direct pressure to attach the design and top wear layers. This wear layer is non-porous nothing can penetrate it.
  1. Low Maintenance
    • Laminate floor are extremely easy to clean. For example, a magic marker stain can be removed with nail polish remover.
    • Laminate floors are best cleaned with a dry mop.
    • Laminate floors are an interlocking, floating floor, meaning they are installed by clicking together. This means that if a piece does get damaged, it can be popped out and replaced without tearing up the whole floor.
